But before you even get to see your service provider you are first taken care of by a guest service representative. Each of our guest service representatives are highly qualified and work to make sure we satisfy your every need from the initial moment you call Haven to set an appointment and walk in the door, to the time you leave.
We are so happy to have Britney Lade on our Guest Services team and we hope that you are too! Britney came to Haven in April of 2011 and will soon be graduating from UW Green Bay with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a minor in Human Development. Britney’s emphasis is on Child Welfare and she holds an internship with Outagamie County-Social Services. Her passion for helping people is evident with the way she helps each guest she encounters at Haven.
Not only has Britney taken Strategies Guest Services training, she has also taken Aveda product knowledge classes, which helps her to serve our guests at the highest level of quality. Britney loves working at Haven because of the instant gratification she sees from helping our guests. She believes a smile goes a long way.
Besides Haven, school, and her internship, Britney is planning her upcoming wedding to the love of her life Anthony, who she met in the 6th grade. Britney also has a Boston Terrier, Goliath who she loves to spend her time with.
